The problem we work on
In a small company, IT tasks land on an office manager, an operations lead or a founder. Someone leaves on Friday and their account still works on Monday. A paid Business Premium seat sits unassigned for months. A laptop with an unencrypted disk goes home in a car. None of this is negligence; there is simply no system tracking it.
A managed IT provider solves it, often at $150 to $400 per user per month. IgniteMatrix gives you the checklists, reports and audit trail those providers rely on, as software you can run yourself for a few dollars per employee, or hand to your provider so their time goes further.

- Every connection starts with read scopes. You decide which steps may change your directory, and who approves them.

- Per-employee rates are published. Trials need no card, and monthly plans stop at the end of the period you paid for.
- 03Your data leaves with you
- CSV and JSON export of every record at any time. Deletion within 30 days of cancellation.
- 04Answers from people who run the product
- Support is by email, with response targets written into each plan.
